In an old recipe combining cereals, milk and sugar, unchanged by time, the Biscotto Salute encompasses the best of the Italian breakfast… quick, nourishing and capable of supplying energy for several hours without making the body feel heavy.
The product’s nutritional values confirm its digestibility and lightness: 74.5% carbohydrates, 7.8% protein and just 11.7 % fats.

The unmistakable taste of the Biscotto Salute is the result of an old recipe featuring plain, natural leavening. Three kneading phases and six hours of naturally leavening. During the long fermentation process, the sugar is transformed into aromatic composites which form the basis of the taste of the Biscotto Salute. Meticulous baking makes it light and easy to digest.
With its sweet and delicate aroma, Biscotto Salute is excellent eaten alone and also delicious when dipped in black or milky coffee, milk, cappuccino or tea. It is an ideal base for spreads thanks to its small size and compact texture.
