Californian
Prunes and Psyllium
Californian
prunes and Psyllium seeds have always been considered
as foods that aid intestinal regularity and, thanks to
a bland laxative action due to their high soluble fibre
content, do not irritate the mucous membrane of the intestine.
They help stimulate the intestine (9% prunes 2% psyllium). A
healthy diet and correct physical activity are the key
to good health.
Breakfast in the morning with 7 prune and psyllium biscuits
is a tasty way of ensuring that your body receives plenty
of useful natural fibre.
