Gioppini
are made with the traditional care of the bakers
of Pavia. The very best flours, combined with extra
virgin olive oil and sea salt, rise naturally and,
in the warmth of the oven, become Gioppini, crispy
pieces of real bread. To enhance crispiness, this
bread is cooked a second time to create the original
bread biscuit.
Like
all good habits, Gioppini are with us from first
thing in the morning. They go perfectly with coffee,
milky coffee and tea, but are just as good with
yoghurt, fruit juice or freshly squeezed orange.
They are also ideal with honey and jam or even
ham and eggs.
Any time
of day, a snack, between meals, a treat, an aperitif,
Gioppini happily play their part.
When a habit is good, it shows at mealtimes. Gioppini
accompany any dish and add their crispiness to
the traditional taste of bread.
